Dr. Komsari made remarks at an unveiling ceremony of the new updated software version which includes Imam Khomeini's works, with the addition of the works of Martyr Ayatollah Seyyed Mustafa Khomeini and the collection of Tebiyan, which is a topic-based collection.
“The institute has so far, produced hundreds of books and works and it is all a valuable treasure. On the other hand, facilitating the access to these works has been a demand of public masses, but there were considerations in this regard, and finally Seyyed Hassan Khomeini, the grandson of Imam ordered researchers and people to be able to easily access these works, and therefore a plan was thought for making practical those considerations,” Komsari said
Dr Komsari also emphasized the need to boost cooperation and coordination within various department of the institute and other organizations.
Dr. Komsari stressed the need to provide a platform for publicizing accomplishment of the institute so that everyone can use the products and gain access to Imam's works at the lowest cost and in the shortest time.
Dr. Komsari stated that valuable measures have been taken in the past at the Institute.
One of the important measures to facilitate access to the works of Imam is the launch of Shia and Fiqh Wiki, and so far 1200 articles have been uploaded regarding Imam's thoughts.
The head of the institute further said Imam's encyclopedia with more than 11,000 pages has been launched, which has been widely visited and has been very well received.
Regarding the unveiling of the new software version of the collection of Imam Khomeini's works, Dr. Komsari said: "Today, with this unveiling, we have witnessed the realization of one of the sides of this strategy is facilitating public access to Imam's works.
In recent years, the international department of the institute has designed and presented several works of Imam Khomeini, the great religious and spiritual leader of Muslim world, in form of multimedia CDs and digital productions in English, Urdu, Arabic and several other languages.
It is noteworthy that several of Imam Khomeini’s works have been translated into dozens of languages over the some past few years.
The founder of the Islamic Republic had written very deep and insightful books in several fields covering the philosophy, mysticism, poetry and Islamic jurisprudence.
The dynamic thought of the great Imam Khomeini will continue to inspire revolutions and guide the generations to come in various parts of the world.
