This Conference, which was celebrated by the acceptance, confirmation and emphasis of the Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Khamne’i, the encouragement and persistence of Hujjat-al-Islam Sayyed Hasan Khomeini, other colleagues, religious authorities and university professors, engaged in the performance of the following researching:

The conference reviewing the Juridical Fundamentals of Imam Khomeini on the role of time and place in Religious Leadership, which was held to promote the Imam’s idea and elucidate his view with regard to Time and Place in Jurisprudence, appropriated the greater part of its activities to planning and preparing the way for more research and development of the topic thereon.
One of the infrastructural activities of this meeting was to identify and introduce sources or references to the researchers. Preparing proper sources and texts was intended to elevate the current investigations in the field to make the scholars or scientific centers familiar with the background and achievements of such efforts in the past. Therefore, the collection of works submitted could also be expressive of shortages, weaknesses and fortes, as well as suggestions for the process of Jurisprudence.
The informative activities of the conference involve two parts: Preparing texts and bibliopoly. In the first part, the four groups of: Tradition and conduct. Jurisprudence, Researcher Jurisdiction, and Jurisprudence in the mirror of the press have had 70 volumes processed and gathered with useful, authentic materials. By the side of these researching groups, a scientific committee took action in its designing to fulfill a perfect, comprehensive bibliopoly, which presented a list of sources and references for research on the subject of Jurisprudence in Time and Place by using the newest techniques.
Up to now, a very comprehensive bibliopoly with an informative method has not been handled and our bibliopoly does not claim perfection either, but it is the first work we have done in the arena of interaction or coordination of jurisprudence of time and place to offer a list of journalistic activites in the area of the new jurisprudence particularly in recent period.
